Attorney Washington was very professional. He was knowledgeable of the profession. I was somewhat disappointed in his response time.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I hired attorney Brannon in July of 2023. Civil custody case, $8,000 later and still nothing was done for my case. Paid for a DNA test out of pocket like advised ( $500) just for him to not contact the other attorney to make the mother take the child for the test ( money down the drain bc we never got that back) ZERO communication with Brannon almost a year and a half into the case. Even when scheduling to do a virtual meeting that he didn’t show up for. Never emailed or called back. His staff was very rude to my wife when she would call and ask for updates. I fired him in December after still nothing even going to mediation. Hired a new lawyer that has already done more than he did in over a year. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. Definitely feel like we got scammed.
This company is disrespectful and rude. Do not use this company if you want a lawyer that cares about your results and doesn’t want to drag it out for more money. I realized their skills are sub par when I spoke to another attorney and I do believe the billing is bogus.
