Hired Law Firm

I contacted Pines Federal on April 10, 2025, and consulted with attorney Amanda Moreno on April 15 regarding my federal reasonable accommodation case. I was told a letter would be sent to my employer the next day, but what followed were weeks of silence. Despite multiple follow-ups, Amanda became unresponsive. I escalated to Eric Pines, and Amanda finally sent the letter nearly two weeks late, instructing my employer to contact her. On May 19, I told Amanda my employer had responded and would follow up with her. She replied to me but never to my employer. On July 8, I learned my employer never received a response, putting my interim accommodation at risk. I contacted Amanda and Eric again, but got no reply. On July 4, I received a bill for the brief emails exchanged in May. Pines Federal is great at sending bills but not responding to emails. I had to start over with a new firm and explain the situation to my employer. I cannot recommend this firm.
