The firm worked with us to get our paperwork signed and delivered in a timely fashion. They were very flexible.
Ben in real Estate for 15 yrs. Had a closing with Sherynda Patrick which was the most unprofessional, rude and time wasting attorney I have ever seen. She walked into the room with an attitude and without even introducing herself and told me "sir, you really need to start signing the paper work that is in front of you". This was literally what she said. I asked her about het position and she said she is the closing attorney and has to do this as quickly as she can because she has other clients. I told her I am sorry that you are busy , but it is your fault to schedule multiple people at the same time. I also told her, Just to clarify, I am buying a property and have hired you guys to do my closing, so if you think you do not have time or you are not having a good day, please either reschedule or get me a another attorney. Closing took 4 HOURS. Horrible attorney and full of attitude. DO NOT recommend the firm for as long as she is there. There are way more professional firms out there
We used Perrie & Associates for a land closing in 2023 and immediately started building a house. A few months later, we discovered we had been scammed—the seller was an impersonator using a fake ID and never even showed up in person. Perry, as our closing attorney, was responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of the transaction, yet he failed to do his due diligence. we lost a significant amount of money on the construction. Rather than owning up to his mistakes, Perry refused to take any responsibility. His negligence cost us dearly, and his lack of accountability only made matters worse. We would never trust this firm again
