I do not want the entire company to take the brunt of this reveiw. I only had the dis pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Hanley & James Coyle. To sum it up, I had to request my net to dale for the closing of my home. Once received it was inaccurate. Had to contact HOA TO make adjustments. And this is where it goes bad. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REVISED net to sale from Miss Hanley before closing so at closing It was concerns about the numbers. And James Coyle, justify not have any understanding on my concerns. They threatened to not close. He was blunt, insulting, told me I am not his client, (even though I contributed to closing costs) , was rude, and obnoxious. I left the office balling my eyes out on what was supposed to be a relieving day. Actually went down as the worse day ever. I already had to butter up to Miss Hanley and her blunt attitudes prior to this because she was our closer and we didn’t want to “upset her”. Horrible customer service for a little guppie in their big pond.
