Mitch Benjamin was phenomenal to work with. From the beginning he was compassionate, communicative, and extremely knowledgable regarding our situation. My family and I ran into issues as new employers of caregivers for our elderly parent and Mr. Benjamin was able to explain to me our rights, the caregiver's rights, and provide stellar advice on how to approach the situation. He was very approachable and gave us the full extent of his time. I would absolutely work with him again and would recommend him to anyone who has concerns about legal matter as they pertain to employment related disputes.

He successfully represented me in an employment discrimination dispute. Mr. Benjamin carefully researched and analyzed all relevant case information, responded immediately to all my questions, pulled in resources when needed, and provided thoughtful measured guidance, and a winning strategy. The time and dedication which he provided resulted in a favorable severance agreement. For his genuine support, professional counsel, and personal kindness during a difficult time, I am pleased to provide my highest recommendation.
