Hired Attorney Miles P. Hurley

My husband and I hired Mr. Hurley to create our estate planning documents after he assisted us with asset protection and Medicaid planning for my mother. He was a great help getting my mom ready to cover the expenses of her future care needs. My husband and I realized we needed to get our estate in order as well. Thank you for a great experience.

I used Mr. Hurley to prepare my estate planning documents. He did a great job explaining the need for each document (will, advance directive for healthcare, and financial power of attorney) and discussed my options for planning for long term care. It was quite comprehensive and I feel relieved that I have now my ducks in a row.

My family hired Mr. Hurley to assist with my mother's long term care and estate planning. He was very careful and thorough to make sure the plan addressed our concerns for her specific situation and changing health issues.
