Mike recently completed an M and A deal for me and was an excellent person to represent me in opposition to one of the fine Atlanta big law firms. What impressed me most was his innate skill at not getting in the way of 'getting the deal to closing". This is unfortunately a common issue with many attorneys and I believe it is a skill that sets him apart. I also appreciate the few phone calls of support that I received from him and he was careful to say, "we're not on the clock". I always felt his time was well spent on my situation and when he was needed most during negotiations he was always there. I know his skill set goes far beyond M and A and I am pleased to recommend him to anyone seeking a great lawyer

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
