Very disappointed in Melody's representation in my divorce.{para}Collaborative divorce, while seemingly less emotionally difficult, seems to be a farce and Melody and her the legal "partner" managed to prolong the process, increase meetings - and therefore fees. In addition, she seemed to want to avoid conflict by cajoling me into simply paying more. At one point she said that in a collaborative process she doesn't actually represent me. Yikes.{para}Stay away from collaborative and Melody.
