McCullough Payne & Haan, LLC is a law firm with an office in Atlanta, GA. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing civil litigation, commercial law, business law and 10 other areas of law.
I was served with papers from a creditor. They took care of the collection piece. I was on the other side of this case as the debtor but they never made me feel incompetent or bad. They worked with me so find solution and pay of the debt. Because of there understanding and kindness it made it easier to admit my errors and make restitution on the debt. I think them for leaving me with a sense of dignity.
I had a judgement against me with a payment plan in place. I’ve paid it on time religiously for the past 7 years. Up until January of this year, they have sporadically applied payments. Because of their accounting errors, I was handed a garnishment in which I fought in court and won. The amount of money in bank fees that have accrued because of their accounting errors has caused a domino effect financially. Very poor practice and not fair at all!!!
It took 60 plus days for Michael’s office to determine the person at fault had minimal auto insurance coverage. Michael assumed a number based on full converge guidelines and prematurely sent me to his recommended doctors retained on a draw basis. Michael only forwarded my medical bills to the at fault insurance carrier, paid the medical and unethically still took his full 1/3 for less than 30 minutes work. An honorable lawyer would have advised against needing an attorney.
Impossible to provide payment to. Takes days to reach someone. Phone just rings constantly.
Very poor communication.Does not do what they say will do.Overall nightmare to deal with.
You must call for days before you are able to speak with someone to pay your bill. Their communication is horrible.
Company tries to stick people with debt, even though the debt was fraudulent. I had a debt removed from my credit due to it was fraudulent but McCoulough, Payne, and Haan is still trying to not lift the judgement even though the client said it was fraudulent. The company has the worst customer service and not good at returning calls. I will never recommend this company to anyone, not even my dog, and I don't even have a dog.
