Lisa is a wonderful lawyer. First of all, I'm not an easy client. I know that. I have more issues than a comic shop. She stuck with me the through two hearings and an appeal. She went beyond though. She helped me get treatment for my issues and injuries. She helped me find programs that helped me while we filed, waited on hearings, and appeals. She dealt with my panic emails, depression states, and even a full-on psychotic break. She fought for me and won my disability fight. She gave me my life, and my dignity back, and I am forever grateful. There is nobody better to have in your corner. If you need a disability lawyer, there is nobody better.
We contacted Lisa to get some assistance in dealing with Social Security, this lady was not only extremely well-informed on our issue, but she answered all our questions and give us options of how to proceed without her having to represent us. She was absolutely caring and dedicated to helping us without having to be our attorney, we have never experienced that and was quite shocked at how honest and supportive she was in Freely giving us all the legal information and options we needed to be aware of. If we ever need an attorney in the future, she will definitely be our first choice, we highly recommend her.
Lisa was excellent throughout the entire case. She listened to all my concerns and gave the best insight. She was also very organized, accommodating and just pleasant to work with. I was very stressed and emotional on my court day and she put me at ease. I won my case and I truly appreciate her service. I highly recommend her and will be referring others to her as well.
Lisa is pleasant, organized, and effective. She's honest--never asked us to stretch the truth to benefit our case, which we greatly appreciated. To process a lot of cases at a time, she doesn't meet with clients until a hearing date is set, so don't expect an initial in-person interview. (This initially bothered my husband, but later he realized she just had a set system. She did take about three hours just before our hearing to meet with him in person.) I feel she was respected by our judge for her integrity and hard work, and that helped my husband's case ("fully favorable" decision.)
Lisa recently advised me regarding a social security benefit calculation. She was expert, thorough, and clear. She walked me through the benefit’s technicalities, cited the SSA’s point of law for support, and made sure she had answered all of my questions. Lisa has a wealth of knowledge and clearly and patiently explains complicated issues to a layperson. I highly recommend Lisa and am very glad my wise attorney directed me to her for counsel in this matter.
1) She filled out my application for Social Security Disability by hand and mailed it to SSD authorities!. Most of us with prior experience in government know that the wheels of government turn very slowly. She admitted to me the application had been returned to her… requesting corrections !. This, in turn, cost me valuable time, and money to pay her. 2) She carelessly destroyed my documentation in her office during her attempt to make photocopies. I had to re-mail documents to her and endure greater time loss because of this sloppy, careless work quality. See Google reviews for entire review.
