Hired Attorney Mr. Paul Coburn

Paul was most excellent to work with - thorough, fair, thoughtful, detail-oriented, responsive, organized... I could go on! He anticipated my needs and gently lead the process of divorce. He is calm and that demeanor was very important to me as I wanted a low-drama divorce. He wasn't chatty - he got down to business which I really appreciated. He listened, retained the details important to me and helped craft a fair settlement, helping me see potential downside and areas where we could strengthen our position. He was very detail-oriented and VERY thorough in crafting the parenting plan to avoid future conflict. He covered all the bases. I felt like I had someone who was taking care of not just me, but my kids and our best interests, all the while keeping my expectations in line with his understanding of how the judges typically divide assets/create agreements. I really couldn't say more about working with Paul and I feel fortunate to have been referred to him.

Hired Attorney David A. Garfinkel

I retained David to assist me in receiving primary residency and decision making for my son. Years before, I hired a different law firm and they left many stones unturned. David was knowledgeable, thorough, dedicated, hardworking, kind, and successful in helping me. He helped to clean up the mess of my previous law firm and succeeded in giving my son the best possible future. I highly recommend retaining David as your attorney if you need legal assistance in family law. He is worth it!

Hired Attorney Mr. Jonathan Levine

Mr Levine is very interested in padding his bank account, but is not that concerned with getting the facts of the case correct. His greed is exemplified by when we were in arbitration, and we were waiting for him to come up, but he was down stairs talking on his cell phone to his Lexus dealer, undoubtedly ordering a top-of-the-line sedan with all his ill-gotten gains!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
