Lee Goldstein took advantage of me while i was dealing with a Personal Injury accident that started in 2013. I first hired Neil Flit who was disbarred for stealing clients settlements and not paying off medical liens. Flit then introduced me and my family to lee Goldstein as a friend and co-counsel. I trusted that all would be well but Goldstein did not represent us in our best interest he pressured us to settle with the insurance company AIG for a settlement amount of $80,000 . Goldstein promised us that he would negotiate and settle all of the medical liens but he did not negotiate at all with craniospinal institute aka DR Moore and now i am being sued for a medical bill that totals $15,770.00 dollars. Goldstein walked away with $40,000.00 out of the $80,00.00 and did not pay the medical lien or negotiate the bill. He was derelict in his duty to me as a client and should be held accountable. I received zero and he profited off my case and added financial loss and lawsuits to my self
