About Mr. Kyle H. Jarzmik

My career has always been driven by a search for justice. After studying economics at Wake Forest, I moved to Atlanta for law school at Georgia State. One of my most formative experiences was interning with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where I got rare courtroom experience in federal fraud cases. By 2010, I was a prosecutor in Fulton County, where I spent over five years managing thousands of criminal cases, including DUIs, vehicular homicide, and theft. That experience was invaluable because it taught me the tactics used by law enforcement and the state. I know what makes a prosecutor tick because I was one. Now, as a defense attorney, I use that knowledge to thoroughly investigate evidence and find the weaknesses in the government’s case. I’ve also applied this same determined mindset to personal injury law. I believe that whether you’re facing a criminal charge or recovering from an accident, you deserve an advocate who knows the system from the inside out. I approach every case with a unique perspective, always searching for the strategy that gives my clients their best chance at a successful outcome.
