About Kristen Taylor

Kristen ‘Kristin’ Taylor represents corporate clients in complex labor and employment litigation matters. She handles cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and noncompete agreements. Kristin advises clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Title VII.

In her practice, Kristin develops litigation strategies, drafts pleadings, motions, and briefs for federal and state court proceedings. She conducts legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues. Kristin also negotiates settlements and participates in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitrations.
