Long before Katherine Silverman decided to become a lawyer, she had a passion for reading, writing and advocacy. Today, a Principal at Berman Fink Van Horn, Katherine uses these lifelong skills to problem solve for her clients. These skills come to light when Katherine steps in the courtroom, giving her clients a tangible edge with her years of experience and aptitude in public speaking.
Katherine assists clients in a variety of business disputes involving commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, intellectual property, trade secrets, and lending relationships. She brings a unique depth of experience in the retail sector for her commercial real estate clients.A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Katherine was a member of the moot court team, mock trial team, and the Order of Barristers. Prior to law school, she received a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
Outside of the office, Katherine serves on the Board for the Wildwood Civic Association and enjoys playing ALTA tennis, exploring the Atlanta restaurant scene, reading contemporary fiction and listening to NPR and podcasts. She lives in Buckhead with her husband and children.
