We were not treated like a priority. We were told he would call us initially but he didn’t. When I called, his voicemail box was full. Had to wait a week before he reviewed our information. Had spelling errors in his retainer contract to us. Wrote up one of the demand letters to the wrong neighbor (caught by us before sent) because he read the survey wrong (he’s a real estate attorney). Got to review demand letters but never able to proof or approve anything else sent on our behalf (nor given copies except when we requested and never given all correspondence) We were always available. Neighbor responded by a deadline with certified letter to attorney’s office (signed for by attorney or staff)but we were told he did not & had a charged call because of that info. Led to believe through attorney call that the letter arrived a week later and had to ask for copy that showed tracking. There is more but not enough space to put all. Attorney charged us for all the errors& resulting calls.
