John J. Dyer focuses his practice on lending and financial transactions, including asset-based lending, debtor-in-possession financing, and secured and unsecured commercial loans. He has experience in representing banks and non-bank lending institutions with respect to syndicated and single-lender credit facilities. John is experienced in representing lenders with respect to debtor-in-possession financing and exit financing in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy loan workout situations.
