Hired Attorney

Stay away from this firm, and you need absolutely stay away from Jeffrey W. Melcher. Jeffrey persuaded me to hire him, because he said the Judge would award his attorney fee in the final, but I have to pay him ahead. After exhausted about $14,000, he asked me to follow him from Chartwell Law to this Stites & Harbison firm. I kept questioning him that the estimate of the whole case cost. He tried not to answer the question directly but in the end he admitted the total cost could be up $40,000 for a $13,600 breach of contract case. Stites & Harbison firm had no fee agreement with me but kept billing me. Jeffery W. Melcher kept threatening me a few times he would dismiss my case if I refused to the bills Jeffery W. Melcher kept forgetting things and mixing up different cases. For example, he repeated saying he was represented me in a case which was in Tennessee. I never hired him to litigate a case in Tennessee. Jeffrey W. Melcher is not honest attorney at all. I felt so robbed by th
