Jeff is a founding partner of the Blaska Holm law firm. He has been lead counsel in hundreds of business litigation lawsuits in both state and federal courts and in arbitrations. Those disputes have ranged from commercial landlord-tenant disputes to construction defect litigation to high-profile business tort cases. He also handles appeals, having successfully argued the leading case on arbitration before the Georgia Supreme Court: Adventure Motorsports Re. v. Intl. Dealer Servs., 313 Ga. 19 (2021).
Jeff has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and is highly rated by many other services. He is also a trained mediator registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.

Years of Experience
Jeff has been a practicing attorney for nearly 20 years. He attended Wake Forest University Law School and then worked as a business litigation attorney for a well-respected firm in Atlanta. Through that experience, he learned how to build and try cases, mediate disputes, and craft appeals. Jeff teamed up with Charles Blaska and Katie Blaska Dodd to create a larger and more diversified platform to be able to better serve clients’ litigation needs.
Early Years
Jeff was born and raised in central Illinois. After graduating from Peoria Notre Dame High School, he attended the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. After college, he worked on Capitol Hill, focusing on education and agriculture policy.
Outside of WorkWhen Jeff isn’t in the office or in the courtroom, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves and the Chicago Bears.
