James M. McCabe represents individuals and businesses in employment and business-related matters. Before founding his own practice, he worked for one of the nation's largest law firms, where he handled complex disputes on behalf of major corporations. Through that experience, he recognized a disparity in legal representation for individuals and smaller businesses. This led him to establish his firm with the goal of providing dedicated, high-level representation to clients who have been harmed in the workplace or in business dealings.
Mr. McCabe grew up in Tyrone, Georgia, and attended Sandy Creek High School, where he was active in sports and was voted most respected by his peers. He earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and ancient languages from Wheaton College and also completed a master’s in theology. He went on to receive his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and was selected for the appellate moot court team.
He lives with his wife, Marianne, and their three children. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time outdoors, golfing, cooking, reading, and traveling with family and friends.
