I only rated a 1 because zero was not possible. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! Mr. Brown’s smooth baritone voice may mask his ineptitude for a little while, that is until the work comes back. It doesn’t take long before you see that secretaries run the office, his special one to be sure. Once money is exchanged you will not ever see or hear from him again. The auxiliary staff has such nasty attitudes that a person can only wonder what type of relationship he has with them that they can’t be fired. It is truly absurd. Many years ago when he was the talk of Atlanta he was a better man. Now that age, health, and a dive in management style has taken place he is worse for the job. At this point he is taking advantage of people. You would be better off waffling through your taxes alone. He adds nothing and the staff he apparently leaves in charge knows nothing. Save your time and money. If you think having THIS dual degreed accountant attorney counts for something you are mistaken.
