This attorney was so eager to get the case. I made over six trips to his office which was five hundred and fifty miles round trip. He knew the attorney that we were mediating with and from then on he just wanted me to accept a low ball. Offer and really did not give me another option. He had them to state that they denied the claim in writing and really that is all that he accomplished. I totally would not recommend him. He used to work with workers compensation. Unless you almost get killed or totally handicapped for life he is still on their side!
Frank Burns "talked the talk," but failed to "walk the walk." Although I was the client, there were many times and several issues that I questioned whose side that he was on. He did not follow up when he promised, nor did he take initiative with opposing counsel when he had the opportunity. There were many areas that I did the "legwork" in, and then he took the ball and dropped it. There were several areas that he failed to fulfill my rights under the law in. I should have fired him.
