Hired Attorney Mr. Lloyd Hoffspiegel

Outcome was absolutely terrible. Only got 12k for a case, where I was in a lyft as a passenger and not only was I seriously injured with herniated discs in my lower back, a pinched nerve and a neck bulge in my damn neck. Guess who got paid more money than I did for my case. Hoffspiegel Law. Would not recommend at all. I originally deleted my comment almost a month or ago, after a call from the law firm, but after a long mental battle with the decision. I've decided to say how I really feel. They truly earned the 1 star I gave them. The amount pain and suffer, I went through and to this day. I still don't feel like 12k would have ever been enough to make things right. Update: as of September 21th, I get a notifications from Peachtree Orthopedics saying I have a balance. Where did the money for my bills go if there's still a balance? What a disappointing firm. SMH

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
