TODD SURDEN - ATTORNEY AT LAW & PARTNER AT THIS FIRM IS A LIAR AND AN OUTRIGHT THIEF! This guy, Todd was hired by an landlord I filed a lawsuit on. The landlord eventually stole more then 500k of my insured property and Todd lied to the Henry County Sheriff in an email dated August 2023 telling the deputy that EVERY item that belonged to my company was returned to me. Little did Todd know I wasn't going to walk away from 500K in property loss from my family owned business. The landlord had locked my property in the building and refused to open it and return my property. Instead the Landlord told the Sheriff I owed him money and he was keeping my property!😂 The entitled attitude was off the rails! I kept emailing the Sheriff for them to get involved, and CC'd Todd and the Landlord. Todd continued to aid and abet the Landlord who had no legal right to keep any of my company property. Todd continued to deceive The Henry County Sheriff. On the 3rd attempt over a 90 day period, on
