Hart & Associates, P.C. is a law firm established in 1996 with an office in Atlanta, GA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing civil trial practice, federal practice, catastrophic injury and 4 other areas of law.
They never return calls or keep you updated about your case. I was told 2 weeks ago that the insurance company accepted the offer by them ( they never even discussed and offer with me) and that i should call back in 2 weeks to get an appointment to come in to meet with the lawyer. I called today and this Sonia Mahoney lady tells me she will call back in 10 minutes. It's almost 2 hours later. I call back and the receptionist tells me that she's on another call. I think they're up to something.
