Avantika was a responsive and professional young lady. She took care of what I requested and made it happen....A law firm is an entity that you never want to do business with, but they were very easy to deal with.

This firm was very UNPROFESSIONAL. They said they would email the details of our settlement agreement within 12-72 hours --that never came. I placed several reminder calls that was still ignored. I encountered a lot of unnecessary and condescending attitudes without any information that validated our agreement. After my account is settled in full I'm told I can't receive an email of any kind because my file is closed. I'm appalled that an attorneys firm function this way. I did what I said and paid on the first day, what does it take to get an email that was promised. This feels and looks very much like a scam.

I have negotiated with them to settle a debt and after paying off the agreed amount I am being charged daily interest even if the balance is zero or I over pay and there only response was wait a full 10 days after its payed for it to finalize. That won't work if I'm being charged interest that puts me back into debt.

I have called this law firm to discuss payment arrangements on a garnishment to my wages. I reached out several times to no avail. I have never once spoken to someone that could actually HELP me or even discuss it, one time. Very unprofessional and customer service is nonexistent.

I spoke with a representative named Tanisha and she told me that the department I needed to speak with was not available, she refused to tell me the name of the department and or provide the extension or an email to contact the person that she claimed was only able to discuss my account. I have entered into a payment arrangement with Green path but Aldrige Pite Haan, LLC still filed a claim in court against me. I am simply trying to reach them to make sure they dismiss the case since I have made a payment and will continue to make payments through Green Path. This company is unprofessional and lacks customer service.They need to be investigated for fraud.
