Hired Attorney

I worked with Fred to acquire the remaining interest in a commercial real estate property. Fred has no ego and referred me to another attorney to handle a more complex and complicated title issue with a different background who had the experience and expertise to clear up past issues on the property that included a foreclosure and incorrect property boundaries. Fred will soon represent me in the eventual sale of the property.

Hired Attorney

I have known Fred Wachter for more than 15 years and he is a kind and courteous legal counsel. Additionally, he is knowledgeable in all areas of the law from real estate to criminal and he will refer out any case that he is not comfortable with his knowledge base. His advice has proved "golden." His discretion is also excellent.
