I hired Eric Bernstein recently to represent me in my case. He is a very knowledgeable and professional attorney. Also he was always there for me to answer my questions when needed. After my DUI in 2015 my case was bound over from Sandy Springs to Fulton State Court. Mr. Bernstein was very non-judgmental and communicated our action plan upfront. After my Court date this year, Mr. Bernstein had my case dismissed!!! I never lost my licenses and he always kept me well informed every step of the way!! He really is awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone. He always responded to me either by call, text or email.. You can trust him with 100% he will get you results!!

I had relocated to NJ and could not have asked for better communication and thorough explanation of the process and my case options. I was passed out in my totaled car when the police arrested me for DUI. Even though I didn't take a breathalyzer test, Eric was able to reduce the DUI charge to reckless driving and I kept my driver's license. I was very nervous about the process and the possible punishments but Eric answered all my questions throughout the case. A very smart lawyer who basically saved my bacon! I recommend his services to anyone needing help with a DUI charge.

Mr. Bernstein was able to get my first offense dropped to a reckless charge. He also told me beforehand to do many things before trial which I did and they were very beneficial to me. I could contact him anytime and he would respond quick. He made sure to keep me aware of everything throughout my case. He was truly heaven sent and helped me ease my stress.
