Mr. Suggs didn't keep me updated on the progress of my case, so that I had to initiate all contact with him, and neither did he respond to any phone calls, emails, faxes, or letters. Mr. Suggs charged a flat fee rather than an hourly rate, and upon receiving full payment in advance, he seemed to lose all interest and incentive about the case.
I recommend that anyone considering hiring Suggs should do a background check. Check h is records from the state of California and also check his records here in Georgia. Attorney Suggs (hands down) has shown me what a "bad" attorney is all about. I refered a friend to him and their phone service was turned off.
