Hired Attorney Denise Holmes

She was the most unprofessional, unethical, rude,manipulative, attorney. She held on to my check for 6 months and refused to pay out on my claim. I left countless voice-mails and texts and she kept making excuses. She had no sense of urgency and only wanted to text about her personal problems. This was a complete nightmare. She just paid my money on 2/8/23 after 1 year and 3 months since my accident and she took more money than she deserved. I have a claim against her to recoup my money. She's a thief and comingled funds. Who holds a check for 6 months and refuse to pay their client?????? This is a evil person and she never returned my calls. She has caused me soooooooo much hardship and mental anguish.This individual needs to be disbarred and imprisoned.
