David is a passionate trial lawyer who has been focused on helping people when they need it most for over 10 years. He devotes his practice to bodily injury litigation, including general liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, inadequate security, premises liability, auto accidents, trucking accidents, slip/trip and falls, civil tort litigation, commercial litigation, and general trial practice. In addition to his injury litigation practice, he has practiced as a criminal defense lawyer with years of experience both prosecuting and defending those accused of a crime.
Over the years, David has tried cases to jury verdict as lead counsel, practiced in defense of injury ligation, but has also represented severely injured plaintiffs. In 2016, while representing the plaintiff, David obtained a settlement of $1,500,000 for a young woman in her senior year of high school who was tragically and catastrophically burned in a negligently performed chemistry experiment at her high school. David and his team navigated the many technicalities involving official, governmental immunities for schools and school employees to successfully settle the case before any immunity motions were filed. His time successfully representing plaintiffs gives David a unique perspective in defending jury cases practically and efficiently.
David is also an honoree on the Georgia Rising Stars list, voted by his peers as one of Atlanta's best lawyers. Only 2.5 percent of the attorneys in Georgia are honored on the Georgia Rising Stars list.
