Both my husband's attorney and mine did some things that they thought I would not challenge them on. I thought it a good idea to get an attorney from a different county than I lived, Mr. Llewellyn straightened it out right away by threatening arbitration. My original attorney gave me most of my money back, the papers filed at the courthouse were corrected to give me the money that the judge determined and documented by the court reporter. I was given sole custody of our daughter. My understanding is the court likes to order joint custody! However, with no evidence of the father being unfit I was given full custody of our daughter. 😁. I definitely recommend Dave Llewellwn.
