I’m extremely dissatisfied with the court system and that’s was scary!the court systems is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.I did not feel as such from the cop on a power trip to the judge threating (I’ll remember you ) if I did not take the pea…court is supposed to be able to prove my innocence without a reasonable doubt.I found out of worry to take plea my best interest out of fear vs taking it to trial where I could prove innocence . I could possible face jail time due to cops word against mine I had a strong case wanted to fight until..I didn’t want to fight a angry judge a power tripping cops word vs mine I live in fl and incident happens 2 years ago taking money and time to travel back and settle case 2 years later…I found nothing sweet about the experience and just wanted it over I was all over the place looking for help David was on top of everything the whole way and was great from start to finish David it great at what he does. He is elite!!im happy was on my side

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
