Hired Attorney Mr. Daniel Kane

Daniel Kane did a phenomenal job representing me and my co-defendants. He has also represented other people that I know personally and he did wonders for them, too. He took the time to walk us through everything and made sure that, not only did the people he was defending understand what the possible outcomes were, but also that their friends and family understood, too. This is a lawyer with both a heart and a brain. Do yourself a favor and look no further than Daniel B. Kane! Seriously.

Hired Attorney Mr. Daniel Kane

Daniel Kane was paid to represent me in Pickens County, GA for getting caught with a joint of marijuana the officers never even registered as evidence yet charged me with. I paid him and he did nothing. He drove me up to my case and he got into it with the prosecutor because the prosecutor was not on time. He told me if I plead guilty (so he wouldn't have to keep driving back up there) I would be able to get my license back and go back to work. He flat out lied too me then ignored calls.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
