We were selling our house in Atlanta & needed to have a large window replaced prior to closing as a condition of sale. We found a glazier and paid for the window and installation in advance (big mistake!). Repeated attempts to have the glazier install the window prior to closing were ignored. David Cox, of the Cox Law Project, communicated with the glazier on our behalf and the next day the window was installed. Closing went off without a hitch.
