About Claire Williamson

Ms. Williamson centers her practice on commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis on employment and construction litigation.

Ms. Williamson’s construction practice focuses on representation of owners, general contractors, and large specialty subcontractors. She has handled construction disputes related to construction defects, design errors and omissions, schedule delays, defaults, and payment disputes. Ms. Williamson has represented clients in litigation, arbitration, or mediation related to a broad range of projects, including nuclear power plants, municipal buildings, mixed-use developments, retail spaces, offices, hotels, water/wastewater treatment facilities, sports arenas, and educational structures.
