I wish that I only had to deal with one person. I had to deal with 4 which is hard because I don't know who does what. That made things more complicated. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the final results.
My husband & I filed Chapter 7 in 2010. We reaffirmed my truck. We signed paperwork and I questioned the amount of payments left that were showing on documents. I was told it was correct due to they had to remove all interest. Now almost 2 years later, we are told that it was in FACT WRONG. Nicole was notified but NEVER notified us or had us sign NEW paperwork. The papers that were incorrect were the ones filed with the court. She didn't have us sign new paperwork. I have all proof incl emails
I couldn't get any help from this firm regarding a reaffirmation agreement on our house. I tried for over a year to get them to do something about it. Two years ago I got a letter saying the letter would be coming from their office that month. Never got it. Finally got in touch with mortgage company, who told me it was already sent to lawyer and closed. Called, faxed, and wrote lawyer concerning this. No one would ever respond. Very poor service. Still wish I could get a reaffirmation agreement.
