Mr. Hall was admitted to the Georgia Bar in June of 1975, and has been engaged in the private practice of law for over 37 years, with experience in a wide range of areas, civil litigation, both on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, real estate title and contract litigation. domestic and family law litigation, probate court litigation, including will contests, guardianships and guardianship contests, estate planning for simple and complex high value estates and the preparation of hundreds of wills, trusts and contracts of all kinds as well as the formation of all types of business enterprises, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and continuing advice to a wide range of small business owners and SNAP and WIC vendor disqualification and applications.
Mr. Hall is admitted to practice in all Courts in Georgia, and to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
