About Caleb Zachary Morris, Esq.

An associate in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith, Caleb Z. Morris focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, general liability matters, business law, corporate law, and entertainment law.

Previously, both a summer associate and an operational analyst at Hall Booth Smith, he gained experience conducting legal research and drafting memoranda across various litigation groups while also producing detailed firm-wide analytical reports for HBS’s Chief Strategy Officer.

Caleb is also a legal and civic educator dedicated to reforming the justice system through strategic education and forward-thinking legal policy. He is the co-founder and strategic partner of ProCivica, where he leads the development of cognitive behavioral programs designed for first-time offenders, juveniles, and repeat offenders nationwide. Caleb earned both his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Georgia, where he gained broad experience across legislative, judicial, and litigation settings. His work included legal externships with the Speaker’s Office of the Georgia House of Representatives, the Western Judicial Circuit, and the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. A dedicated leader in the national legal community, Caleb not only served as the president of UGA Law’s chapter of the Federal Bar Association but also continues to serve as past-law student chair of the Federal Bar Association’s National Law Student Division, where he advances professional development, mentorship, and public service opportunities for law students nationwide. His leadership supports the FBA’s mission to strengthen the federal legal system and promote the sound administration of justice. He currently sits on the FBA’s national Young Lawyer’s Division along with being an active member of the Atlanta FBA chapter.

Caleb also holds an A.B. in International Affairs, summa cum laude, with honors, from the University of Georgia.

During his undergraduate studies, Caleb Morris gained experience across government, legal, and political institutions, developing a foundation in communications, policy, and international engagement. At the Carl Vinson Institute of Government, he served as an administrative assistant with the International Center, where he acted as a student diplomat for international delegations and supported high-level meetings through research, event coordination, and project management. In Washington, D.C., Caleb worked as a legal & public policy intern at Dentons, where he contributed to legal research, drafted memoranda and policy materials, and prepared background documents for firm partners. He also assisted in developing legislative resources related to U.S. congressional committees.

Caleb further expanded his communications experience as a communications specialist for Brian Kemp for Governor in Atlanta. In this role, he supported statewide media strategy, drafted campaign messaging and press materials, and helped coordinate press conferences and fundraising events.
