Hired Attorney

Brian is the reason I am a free man. He fought for me, encouraged me when I was down. Never refused a call from me. Always on my side He became more than my attorney during my appeal, he became my friend. If I would have hired him to represent me at trial, I would never have been convicted. During my appeal, my trial attorney shamefully admitted Brian was a better attorney than him. If you are straight up with him, he will be straight up with you. God Bless him and his family, because of him...I have a son and an amazing life

Hired Attorney

I had to sue him for dereliction, professional negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud upon the court. His malpractice and malfeasance are thoroughly documented in the book, Guilty Unless Proven Innocent - The Vendetta.
