Ms. Alexander (BA) led one of the most questionable investigations in family courts. Here are examples of her nearly two years of “service”: BA never visited my home, observed me with my children. BA rarely responded to emails, and BA hadn’t spoken to me in seven months prior to the court date; hasn't spoken with me since then--approx sixteen months. After “assertions” were made by opposing party--OP. BA made no attempt to follow up or ask me questions about OP’s false claims. BA's contract states if she had significant concerns, she would not question the children as BA has no training in forensic questioning techniques. Yet her billing shows where my child was questioned about OP’s claims--which supposedly surfaced after OP didn’t get the results he wanted. Brandy was involved in my parents’ case. It was a horrible experience. She didn’t listen to anything we told her because she already had her mind made up what she was going to do—she didn’t listen and seemed obsessed with my sister. Brandy didn’t reply to my texts and barely talked to my middle brother and me at all. She split up my sibling group and moved my two younger siblings (16 and 12) to Tennessee for no reason. My siblings and me told her my dad was lying about my mom and that my mom never did anything to hurt us, but Brandy told everyone her mind was made up and that’s what she was going to do. She completely ignored that my dad was under investigation with social workers when we lived there and had social workers at his house 3-4 times a week for crisis therapy and she even ignored an ER doctor’s report that my dad hung my sister upside down by her ankles and gave her a concussion. She ran up a crazy bill and threatened my mom who's a grad student with jail time.
