My firm recently was awarded a $300,000 judgment for sanctions against Emory Potter. The Fulton County Superior Court Judge cited “Bad Faith, improper a legal Tactics, Unclean Hands, Bad Faith, etc in his 27 page ruling. He worked and billed on the case but has attempted to represent to the court that he has not. He appealed and lost and has refused to pay a dime of the judgment. We have been forced to have the Judge issue a FIFA against him and now turn to the Sheriff to garnish him and his clients and seize his property. Unbelievable!
