I hired Bates and Baum to represent me in my case with the USDA. I have nothing to say but good about this firm. Would not take my case: would not state why. They look for cut and paste case. If they have to do real work they pass you off. Or if the payoff is small they won’t take. It’s all about the money, and how fast.
No I have not hired an attorney for my Racial Discrimination case that I have filed with the EEOC. I have a NRTS Letter from the EEOC as well. No one from Bates and Baum ever contacted me. I would be happy to speak to someone at this firm if contacted.

He has been a member of the American Bar Association since 1962 and the Federal Bar Association since being an Assistant United States Attorney and having served as President of the Atlanta Chapter 1972-73.
