Derek Wright was horrible as an attorney, negative 10 stars. I would not recommend him even if he was free. Poor communication, he takes data, weeks to return your call then ends up just texting back. He would tell us his gonna call in two hours then, never call, we would reach out repeatedly finally hear back days or weeks later via text. He was extremely rude & dismissive. Constant excuses. He made no positive impact on the case. In fact the case got worst. He constantly was Slammed as he would say, he took on criminal & civil cases. Then would complain to us that it’s not his fault the court says mirdee trials trump civil cases. Canceled on us the day before court after we had been waiting for months.
Derek Wright lack performance and concern for client he will throw you under the bus after you pay him.. he stop answering the phone, don't respond to text messages. Performance is awful and has a nasty attitude.
