Ashley Wine, born in Atlanta, Georgia, grew up across various U.S. cities before her family settled in Orlando, Florida. Her educational journey took her to The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) on an Academic Excellence Scholarship. While at Ole Miss, Ashley embraced leadership roles, such as Vice-President of Alpha Omicron Pi, and excelled academically, consistently making Chancellor's and Dean's Honor Rolls. She was honored with membership in the Order of Omega, Omicron Delta, and Who's Who Among Students, graduating Cum Laude in May 2008.
Ashley furthered her legal education at Stetson University College of Law, where she joined the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Junior League of St. Petersburg. Graduating in May 2011 with a Certificate in Elder Law, she received accolades for her Pro Bono and Leadership efforts. Before leading Wine Family Law as Managing Partner, Ashley co-founded Hackett & Wine, LLC, working with prominent Orlando attorneys. Her extensive experience spans hundreds of domestic cases, dealing with complex issues such as high-asset divorces and custody modifications.
