She represents secured lenders, indenture trustees, creditor committees, estate fiduciaries, and other parties in commercial bankruptcies and out of court restructurings. Allison also has experience in a wide range of litigation, including complex fraudulent transfers, corporate director and officer fiduciary duty claims, and public finance matters. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Allison served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul M. Baisier, Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division.
