I went to him about getting SS Disability, He looked at all my papers I had. The he waited till 7 days before I had to file to tell me that he wouldn't take my case with out an MRI ( which I did have when I used Charles ) and they would file my papers for me. Next thing I know I receive my papers to files from him, telling me I need to files these papers ASAP. How nice I have 2 days left to file. He never even tried to help me get the MRI . He appears to want only easy cases, nothing that require

Hired Attorney Douglas Hutson

Went to him when I lost my case. They look at my paper work and said I should have gotten it. Said I had a good case.My case has been extradited now. So I get a call from them today stating they don't think they can continue with my case. I go to court in a couple of months. Now what do I do. Go to court without a lawyer.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
