Prior to joining the firm, Fotis was in-house counsel in Employment and International Labour Relations at a leading global transport and logistics company. He also trained with Bernitsas Law. Fotis holds a Degree in Law and an LLM in Labour Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LLM in Labour Law and Employment Relations from Tilburg University. He is currently a PhD Candidate in European Labour Law at Université Catholique de Louvain, where he also served as a PhD Researcher between 2017-2022. Fotis is admitted to the Athens Bar (2016).
