Eric not only defended our case as a brilliant, methodical attorney he did so with a great deal of care and compassion. As seniors being defrauded by a bogus LLC contractor that caused significant damage to our home we landed in safe hands with Eric to see us through the nightmare. I have never been more confident in an attorney and would refer him to my family, friends and businesses. Contractor fraud is very serious and Eric had our back all the way. Eric is a savvy lawyer with insights gained over 20 years of service.{para}My wife and I appreciated his candid and intelligent manner - he laid out alternatives, shared pros and cons, and helped us identify the best approach. We were involved in all decisions that led up to my court date.{para}What’s most impressive is how he dealt with people in the court system. He achieved rapport and persuaded troopers, prosecutors, and the judge to share his view - instead of DUI, I walked with Reckless Driving.

He definitely has harp communication skill at court and effective in negotiation; however, he would be better if he could communication with clients, who are not likely to have legal background, more nicely and emotionally to clients.
