I needed an entire set of legal instruments related to my estate planning. Matthew and his team were able to promptly find some time for me, walk me thru their process, help me finish it, and complete the job easily and efficiently. Matthew listened to my concerns and answered all my questions and gave me his full attention. Great job and strongly recommend.
I am having some issues with the execution of my mothers will. I contacted them via Yelp. Left e-mail explaining my problem. Janet called me the next day! She discussed options, expectations and other matters that could help me and Calif. Probate law, on what I am entitled to see of the will. She explained to me, that there is much I am entitled to review and have copies of. I must say, Janet was thorough, articulate, knowledgeable, good listener and easy to talk with. I wish all attorneys were like this. I would give them a constellation if I could !!
Matthew M. O’Leary is by far one of the best attorneys I have ever met. I never thought I would win my case until I met him. His ethics, moral character, and standards are impeccable. Matthew O’Leary is extremely competent and knowledgable. He never gave up on my case. I now have guardianship of my grandson and I owe it to him. He was always fighting for me and had my family’s best interest at heart. I would recommend him to anyone.
Janet and Mathew are two nice and charismatic people. However, they are probably the two most unethical attorneys I have worked with. Janet was hired by my father to create his trust. 45 later he died. There was not much involved in his estate. For some reason Janet and Mathew decided to enter me into probate. Janet, the architect of the trust did create a pour-over clause in the trust. After opening probate Janet and Mathew decided they no longer wanted to return calls or emails. I had multiple conversations with both about this and they said they’d do better. I had no choice but to fire and retain another attorney. My new attorney discussed with Janet what work had done. Once we showed up to court for my final probate hearing we learned Janet had not done what she said. This set me back another four months from closing the probate. After their negligence and entering me into probate caused me over a year and a half to finalize my dad’s estate and $1,000 of dollars in a
